Send your sliding shoe to BalancePlus for a curling slider installation.

Instructions for shipping your shoe to BalancePlus:

Please print your curling slider installation tag from the new window. Affix this tag to your sliding shoe. Be sure to indicate the thickness and slider type selected from this order. Include your order number once complete.

Shipments from outside Canada:
Parcels sent to BalancePlus for installations must be marked:
– $1 value for Customs. Purchase insurance for the replacement value.
– TEMPORARY IMPORT FOR ALTERATION AND REPAIR
Additional duties may be charged to you if these conditions are not met.

Shipments from within Canada:
Select the “Signature Required” option for Canada Post or use couriers that provide “Door to Door” Service to avoid delays in your order.
Purchase insurance for the replacement value.

Add a size that is applicable to your shoe size, BalancePlus will ensure proper fit is sent with your order.

NOTE: All BalancePlus slider installations, other than BalancePlus shoes, will have a black leather BalancePlus label affixed to the upper of the shoe.

Note: A sole preparation fee of $25.00 is applied to non-curling shoes

All orders are processed in the order they are received and are available to ship within 2 business days once processed at BalancePlus.

Returns/Exchanges

Should your BalancePlus EQuipment not fit properly, you may exchange the unused/unworn item for the correct size. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Items that have been worn, laundered, or used may not be returned. Any item being returned must be returned in its original packaging, free of damage.
