Product Use & Safety
Curling is a sport played on a slippery surface and involves inherent risks. The use of BalancePlus products requires skill and caution.

BalancePlus is not responsible for injury, loss, or damage resulting from misuse, negligence, or failure to follow proper safety practices.
Adults must supervise minors using BalancePlus products.
Shipping & Orders
All shipping times and delivery dates provided by BalancePlus are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including weather, carrier limitations, transportation disruptions, or customs processing.
Orders are processed in the order they are received and are typically shipped within 2 business days of processing.
Orders placed:
- Before 8:30am EST will generally ship the next business day
- After 8:30am EST will generally ship within 2 business days
Once an order has been shipped and transferred to the carrier, all risk of loss and responsibility passes to the customer.
BalancePlus is not liable for:
- Shipping delays
- Delivery failures
- Lost or damaged shipments
- Additional carrier charges
BalancePlus does not file claims with carriers on behalf of customers.
International Orders:
Shipments outside of Canada may be subject to additional charges including duties, taxes, and brokerage fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
All orders are shipped EX WORKS (EXW). Shipping charges do not include insurance unless otherwise stated.

Warranty
BalancePlus products are covered by a one (1) year limited warranty against manufacturer defects from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase is required.
This warranty does not cover:
- Improper fit
- Misuse or abuse
- Normal wear and tear
All warranty claims are subject to inspection. BalancePlus will determine whether a product will be repaired or replaced.
Shipping costs related to warranty claims are the responsibility of the customer.
Communications
Any communication or material submitted to BalancePlus, including feedback, suggestions, or ideas, may be used by BalancePlus for any purpose without compensation or obligation.
You agree not to submit unlawful or inappropriate content.
