Instructions for shipping your shoe to BalancePlus:

Please print your curling slider installation tag from the new window. Affix this tag to your sliding shoe. Be sure to indicate the thickness and slider type selected from this order. Include your order number once complete.

Shipments from outside of Canada:
Parcels sent to BalancePlus for installations must be marked:
– $1 value for Customs. Purchase insurance for the replacement value.
Additional duties may be charged to you if these conditions are not met.

Shipments from within Canada:
Select the “Signature Required” option for Canada Post or use couriers that provide “Door to Door” Service to avoid delays in your order. Purchase insurance for the replacement value.

Shipping & Returns


All orders are processed in the order they are received and are available to ship within 2 business days once processed at BalancePlus.


Should your BalancePlus EQuipment not fit properly, you may exchange the unused/unworn item for the correct size. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Items that have been worn, laundered, or used may not be returned. Any item being returned must be returned in its original packaging, free of damage.
